Sick and tired of person who "fly kite"

I had made appointments with a friend who from time to time "fly kite". Getting very irritated and frustrated with that person. Hope that person does not take me for granted just because I am nice. My niceness has its limits. I will still be a friend to that person though. Hope I don't lose my temper at that person. Haizzzzz....
